3️⃣ Booking & Cancellations:
We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

4️⃣ Satisfaction Guarantee:
Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are not fully satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Brillexa is fully insured. We take great care in performing our services, but we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damages or issues not caused by our team.
